These terms apply to purchases from Little Creature Cave at littlecreaturecave.com. Contact us at support@littlecreaturecave.com with questions about your order.

Products and orders

Please review each item's description, dimensions, variant and price before placing an order. Product availability can change. Photographs and screen colours may differ slightly from the physical item; this does not limit your rights if an item is materially different from its description. If an item cannot be supplied, we will contact you and refund any payment for the unavailable item.

Prices and payment

Our base currency is Canadian dollars. Any selected checkout currency and the order total are shown before payment. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are displayed at checkout. Additional import charges, where applicable, are explained in our Shipping Policy. Payment is due when your order is placed using a payment method offered at checkout.

Delivery and returns

Products may be fulfilled directly by third-party suppliers and may arrive in separate parcels. Please read our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy before purchasing. We remain your contact for delivery problems and product issues.
